Green Teams

Green Teams are volunteer groups of faculty, staff, and/or students that works together on campus environmental issues at the departmental or building-wide level. They are fun and effective! Most decisions that affect the environment at UT are decentralized and made at the department, office, or individual level, so Green Teams have a big opportunity to make a difference.

How to Start a Green Team
Green Teams have started across campus, and you can start one too. Here is our Guide to Setting Up a Green Team.  Please email us at greenteams(-at-)UTenvironment.org if you have questions or would like some guidance; we are here to help!

Monthly Meetings
Members from all Green Teams are invited to give updates once per month at the UT Sustainability Network meeting.
